Pin Point Rod in Pipe
PIN POINT ROD IN PIPE EARTH ELECTRODE:-
It is a very unique and first time developed technology in world for this type earth electrode manufacturing. In which primary conductor having 10 to 20mm diameter G.I or Copper rod, and secondary conductor having 50 to 80 mm diameter G.I or Copper pipe (In cases of G.I B class ISI marks G.I pipe is used and in cases of copper 99.99% pure copper pipe is used)
The bottom of primary conductor is pin pointed and thus the current discharging capacity is 10 times better than plate or pipe earth.
The primary conductor is inserted in to secondary conductor and between secondary and primary conductor of earth electrode crystalline compound is to be injected. The crystalline compound is also called as conductive mixture.
The length of this type of electrode has 1000mm and it may be increased in multiple of 1000mm.
It has unique and effective design for increasing the length of electrode to reduce earth resistance,
FEATURES:
- Its length is only 1000mm, due to this easy to pickup.
- No limited length, it is increases up to unlimited length,
- Easy to joined with next electrode.
- Very fast discharge capacity of current,
- Minima space are required for low resistance,
- Unlimited capacity for current discharging,
- Long life
- Effective in every type of soil and land,
- Low resistance value and high current capacity,
